At GoTransit, we believe in moving forward together. As part of our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, we are proud to announce that our detailed Reconciliation Action Plan is currently under review with Reconciliation Australia for endorsement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NAIDOC Week 2025, taking place from July 6\u201313, presents a timely and meaningful opportunity to reflect on our shared history and celebrate the future we are building in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Understanding NAIDOC Week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NAIDOC stands for the National Aborigines and Islanders Day Observance Committee. Its roots trace back to the 1920s, when Aboriginal groups began advocating for awareness and equality. Today, NAIDOC Week is a national celebration of the rich histories, cultures, and achievements of First Nations peoples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year\u2019s theme, \u201cStrength, Vision & Legacy,\u201d<\/em> celebrates 50 years of elevating Indigenous voices. It\u2019s a call to honour the legacy of ancestors, recognize the vision of our communities, and be inspired by the strength of young leaders shaping the road ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
