Fitness Cartel and Talent Corp chartered a full-wrap bus for a Sunshine Coast content day at Maroochydore and Sippy Downs. The activation brought campaign creative into the club environment and turned a moving media asset into a backdrop for original content.
Fitness Cartel turned its Sunshine Coast bus advertising campaign into a hands-on content day, chartering its full-wrap bus with Talent Corp for visits to the Maroochydore and Sippy Downs clubs.
The founder, CEO and head office team travelled from Brisbane to experience the asset in person and create content with the bus at two local locations.

From moving media to content platform
A full-wrap bus uses one unified creative treatment across the exterior of the vehicle. During this charter, Fitness Cartel’s bus had a role beyond its regular on-road schedule.
It became a branded backdrop for a content shoot, giving the team a practical way to place its campaign creative alongside the people and facilities it represents.
Rather than using a generic location, Fitness Cartel brought the bus to two venues that form part of its Sunshine Coast offer.

Content built around the bus
The shoot was planned to produce more than polished campaign photos. It created a bank of short-form content that could introduce the full-wrap bus, strengthen Fitness Cartel’s local presence and keep the campaign moving after the charter.
Personality-led reels captured the team seeing the bus at scale for the first time, creating natural reactions and behind-the-scenes moments. Educational pieces placed the campaign in context, helping audiences connect the Fitness Cartel brand with its Sunshine Coast clubs.
Location-led footage also showed the bus arriving at Maroochydore and Sippy Downs. This gives prospective members a clear visual cue of where the clubs are located and makes the campaign feel grounded in the local community.
The day also created content that could support a future competition. The full-wrap bus can become the hero of a “spot the bus” or club-based giveaway, with short videos, stills and location reveals adapted for organic social posts, paid advertising and entry messaging.

Supporting a growing fitness brand
Fitness Cartel states that it is on track for 60 clubs by 2030. That growth ambition makes a consistent brand presence important across every customer touchpoint, from club environments and social content through to out-of-home media.
What else can a bus charter support?
A bus charter gives a brand more control over the vehicle’s timing, location and audience. It allows an existing out-of-home asset to work beyond its regular on-road schedule.
For brands, a charter can support:
- campaign launches and team or client reveals;
- content shoots with ambassadors, influencers or local staff;
- media, PR and partner events;
- store or venue visits across multiple locations;
- seasonal activations, roadshows and community events;
- customer experiences or competition moments, where appropriate; and
- internal engagement, giving staff a chance to see the campaign they helped create.
Sunshine Coast bus advertising does not have to end when the vehicle leaves the depot. For Fitness Cartel, the charter turned a full-wrap bus into both a moving brand presence and a useful content-production asset, connecting the campaign with the local clubs it was designed to support.
