GoTransit Media Group expands its taxi network, now offering advertisers access to over 2,000 vehicles.
Topping off a significant period of growth, GoTransit Media Group, a leader in out-of-home advertising, continues to leverage its acquisition of Adflow, which expanded its CBD metro coverage across major Australian cities. With this strategic integration, GoTransit now offers advertisers access to over 2,000 vehicles across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, reinforcing its presence in key urban markets.
Leveraging its extensive expertise in transit advertising, GoTransit continues to deliver both small and large-scale campaigns across metro and regional areas. The expanded taxi network allows clients and agencies to enhance and complement their bus and light rail campaigns, offering a cohesive approach to outdoor advertising.
As part of this expansion, GoTransit relaunches its London Cab assets, with ARN as the Sydney launch partner.
Donna Gordon, Marketing Director at ARN, highlighted the impact of the Sydney campaign: “The GoTransit London Cab has been one of the most talked about inclusions of our WSFM media plan. They are visually striking, and wrapping one gave us the opportunity to have some fun and be a bit cheeky with our creative. The cab has travelled all over Sydney, giving us great coverage. We were also able to integrate the media assets into on-air content by offering free rides to listeners and capturing some amazing social content, adding another layer to our campaign. We loved working with GoTransit to bring this part of our campaign to life”.
In Melbourne, the Beauty and the Beast campaign took centre stage, leaving an unforgettable impression. Leveraging GoTransit’s advanced data platform, LUMOS, the campaign recorded over 3.6 million impressions and reached 1.5 million unique individuals with an average frequency of 2.3. Whether cruising through city streets or stationed at media events, these iconic cabs provided an eye-catching mobile platform that amplified brand presence across Melbourne.
“We’re excited to offer our Sydney and Melbourne clients and agency partners the opportunity to create an immersive brand experience with London Cabs,” said Kirrily Hirst, director of sales at GoTransit. “These assets can deliver a one-to-one marketing experience, including internal takeovers, escorting brand ambassadors, and on-site at Media Events and Product Launches”.
GoTransit’s expanded taxi coverage, combined with its diverse out-of-home advertising formats and new data capabilities through TransitIQ powered by LUMOS, positions the company as a frontrunner in the industry, empowering brands to make a bold, mobile impact.
