GoTransit Media Group celebrated a standout night at the 2026 Outdoor Media Association Industry Awards, with three team members recognised as finalists across national industry categories. The evening culminated in Brooke Hindmarsh winning the Rising Star Award for Queensland, recognising her impact, leadership and contribution to the future of out-of-home advertising.
GoTransit Media Group is proud to celebrate a remarkable night at the 2026 Outdoor Media Association Industry Awards, where three members of the GoTransit team were recognised among the best in Australia’s out-of-home advertising industry.
For GoTransit, the evening was a proud moment of national recognition:
- Aidan Price, Group Sales Director – Agency, was named a finalist in the Emerging Leader category, which recognises individuals demonstrating innovation, industry impact and a commitment to shaping a more sustainable and inclusive future.
- Paige Cockbain, Operations Manager, was recognised as a finalist for Excellence in Field Work and Work Health and Safety, a category honouring significant contributions to safety, risk reduction, installation and maintenance across outdoor assets.
But the highlight of the night came when Brooke Hindmarsh was named winner of the Rising Star Award for Queensland. The Rising Star category celebrates early-career professionals with five years’ experience or less who are recognised by their peers as outstanding contributors and future leaders of the OOH industry.
Brooke’s win reflects the significant impact she has made in a short period of time. In just 18 months, she has built and embedded a commercially aligned marketing function at GoTransit, while helping elevate how transit OOH is positioned in market.

As GoTransit Director of Sales Kirrily Hirst said, “Brooke represents the future of our industry; innovative and deeply committed to elevating OOH as a powerful and culturally relevant channel.”
The recognition of Brooke, Aidan and Paige is a testament to the passion, professionalism and drive within the GoTransit team. It also reinforces the important role transit advertising continues to play in Australia’s broader out-of-home landscape, connecting brands with audiences in high-impact, real-world environments.
Congratulations to Brooke on her OMA Rising Star Award win, and to Aidan and Paige on their well-deserved finalist recognition. A very shiny trophy night for the team and a proud one for GoTransit.
